Actors' Circle Theatre is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1988. A group of 20 people wanted to bring quality theatre to the community and have a great time doing it. It is safe to say that their goal has been, and continues to be achieved. The group of active members has grown to over 75 with many alumni in the wings, and a handful of the founding members actively involved in the productions.

Actors' Circle Theatre productions draw on local talent from surrounding communities. Actors' Circle currently produces shows that utilize an adult cast but there are often roles for teens and children. Historically, the spring show is a musical such as My Fair Lady, The Wizard of Oz, Guys and Dolls, The Mikado, and The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas. The fall show is a usually a straight play with past productions such as The Man Who Came to Dinner, Inspecting Carol, Jake's Women, Arsenic and Old Lace, and Once in a Lifetime. Actors' Circle Theatre's continuing mission is to foster enjoyment and participation in the theatre arts throughout the Monadnock Region.
